Foods, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, chemicals and engine oils are bottled, canned, cartoned and tinned, and the containers are sealed with caps or lids. That is where we come in.
We concentrate on medium-capacity filling and sealing machines. We also supply all the accessories – some of our own manufacture such as fillers, cappers, labellers, cap and weight checking systems, and some that we buy in (unscramblers, seal welders, checking scales, packing machines and palletising equipment). Every filling line from Trepak is customised, and we deliver equipment for plastic, glass, fibre and metal packs. Modern packaging materials are being made ever thinner to save costs and spare the environment, which means that they are also more delicate when filled and capped. Our machines are designed to make allowance for that.
