Our proprietary Trevision® system monitors the capping process to ensure that the caps are intact and properly seated. It is also possible to check that the labels are in the right place  and to check the label against the contents via the formula for which the filler is set up. In addition to a camera and evaluation unit,  the vision system includes controlled illumination, conveyors and a reject station as well as a control system for discarding defective packs. The entire system is designed for easy resetting to other pack and cap sizes.
